This policy explains what personal information Zoro Foundation ("we", "us") collects through zorofoundation.in, why, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• When you donate: your name, email address, mobile number, the amount and the programme you choose.
• Payment details: these are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout. We receive a payment ID and status from Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login.
• When you write to us: whatever you include in your email, such as your name, contact details and message.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To process your donation and send you a confirmation.
• To keep accurate financial records, as the law requires.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To send occasional updates about our work, only if you opted in. Every update email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to stop.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., to process payments. Razorpay handles your payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.
• Service providers who help us run the website and email, bound to use your data only on our behalf.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with other organisations for their marketing.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies needed to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep donation records for at least eight years so our public ledger can always be checked. We delete other information once we no longer need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent to updates at any time. Write to info@zorofoundation.in. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and payments go through Razorpay's encrypted checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
